20-week programme.
This included full construction management, including regular design meetings, and implementing solutions to all design/build issues.

Installation of storm drainage attenuation.
M&E Duct work and installation of street lighting.
Strom and foul drainage.
Piling and pile caps.
Kerbs, edgings, and paving.
Fencing.
Landscaping.
Block and brickwork to out buildings.
Tarmac.
White lining.
Project was hannded over to programme and to a high standard, snag free.
