Through ECI (Early Contractor Involvement), LARC’s expertise was called upon to propose solutions to the schemes already identified complexities. Through ECI, efficiencies were found and the multisite rollout, although intense was delivered successfully within the Royal Mails timeframe. Schemes ranged from 10-60 chargers often requiring 100’s of metres of trenching, kerb laying, concreting; substation bases and plinths as well as reinstatement of hard and soft landscaping.
